ePowerBilling guarantees:

• Our hardware will be functioning 99.9% of the time.
• Our power will be functioning 99.9% of the time
• Our network uptime will be 99.9% of the time.

Please note that the above do not include normal maintenance windows. We will send by email a warning to user’s concerning a possible temporary shutdown of the system while maintenance is done.

If network failure causes your application to be down for more than one hour you will receive a refund on your next bill. If you experience downtime for one of the reasons listed above you will receive 5% off next month's bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime you experience. ePowerBilling's superior technology and infrastructure is what allows us to guarantee you 99.9% uptime.
