Many well established companies have their own CRM and have since invested much time and efforts into building their data and business rules integrated into their system. Therefore, they have little desire to change. Yet, they would like to benefit from ePowerBilling’s features which are not found within their own application. Then, the best solution for these companies would be to integrate ePowerBilling so that it works with their systems.
For example, a company might use an accounting solution which does not have a means for their customer to pay their bills online. In such case, it would be possible to either, 1) work with the documentation and features provided by your solution provider, or 2) work directly in a collaborative effort with your solution provider in order to bring the tailored solution to your business.
